## Description

We are seeking dependable and hardworking **Skilled Construction Laborers** to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with commercial or residential construction experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and assisting multiple trades on active job sites.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, takes pride in their work, and is ready to jump in wherever needed to help keep projects moving forward.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades as needed
-   Load, unload, and transport construction materials
-   Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
-   Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
-   Dig trenches, backfill, and perform general site preparation
-   Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, barricades, and fencing
-   Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-   Perform other duties as assigned by the superintendent or foreman

## Requirements

-   2+ years of construction labor experience
-   Experience on commercial construction projects preferred
-   Comfortable using common hand and power tools
-   Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
-   Reliable transportation to and from job sites
-   Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
-   Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
-   Must be authorized to work in the United States

### Preferred Qualifications

-   OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
-   Experience with demolition, framing, concrete, drywall, or finish work
-   Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, scissor lifts, or forklifts (certifications are a plus)
