### 🔧 Job Description:

Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. 💬✨

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand. 🤝

### 🔑 What You’ll Do:

-   👋 Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care  
    
-   📝 Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately  
    
-   🧠 Translate technical information clearly and honestly  
    
-   📞 Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit  
    
-   🛠️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service  
    
-   💡 Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials  
    
-   ✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction  
    
-   📲 Follow up after service to build long-term relationships

## Requirements

### 📌 What You’ll Need:

-   🧍‍♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)  
    
-   💬 Strong communication + problem-solving skills  
    
-   🚦 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease  
    
-   🔍 Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs  
    
-   💻 Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)  
    
-   🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)  
    
-   🚘 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
