**Job Title: Art Director**

Talent 360 is hiring a Art Director to join our team.

This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced business environment.

  
**About the Role**

Talent 360 is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and shape the visual direction of our campaigns and brand projects.

  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship

-   Develop innovative creative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital content

-   Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution

-   Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables

-   Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client presentations and creative discussions

-   Supervise production processes, photoshoots, and project execution

-   Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field

-   Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Art Direction or creative leadership roles

-   Proven experience leading and managing creative teams

-   Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, branding, and high-quality design work

-   Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

-   Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

-   Strategic thinking with a strong eye for detail and creativity
