**WORK YOU’LL DO  
**As a QA/ Test Analyst, you will ensure the functional readiness of the solutions built, before they go to market. You will design, build, and administer a series of tests and evaluations that identify and potential issues with the product/ solution before its general release, using standard delivery assets to improve clients’ delivery approach.  
**Responsibilities:  
**-   Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium for web and mobile platforms.  
    
-   Build and maintain robust automation frameworks to support scalable, reusable test coverage.  
    
-   Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.  
    
-   Analyse, document, and report test results, defects, and quality metrics in Jira or equivalent SDLC tools.  
    
-   Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and fast feedback loops.  
    
-   Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and best practices across the QA function.  
    
-   Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively to the wider team.  
    
**WHO WE RE LOOKING FOR?  
**-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.  
    
-   Proven, substantial experience in automation scripting, with hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Appium.  
    
-   Solid understanding of automation framework design patterns (e.g. Page Object Model, BDD/TDD, data-driven frameworks).  
    
-   Working knowledge of Jira and experience operating within a structured SDLC environment.  
    
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
    
-   Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workloads independently, with strong organisational skills.  
    
-   Experience working collaboratively in an Agile or Scrum team environment.  
    
-   Desirable: Familiarity with using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude to assist in generating, reviewing, and accelerating automation scripts.
