## Description

Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about helping customers? Would you like to live in **Greece** while working in a dynamic international environment, with the option to work **on-site in Athens or remotely from anywhere in Greece**?

We are looking for **Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representatives** to join the **Dyson team**. In this role, you will assist customers, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for users of a global digital platform.

### **Your Responsibilities**

-   Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian
-   Provide accurate information and solutions in line with company policies
-   Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
-   Document interactions and escalate issues when needed
-   Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
-   Follow internal procedures and workflows consistently

## Requirements

-   Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
-   Very good English skills
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-   Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers
-   Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
-   Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
