### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality financial customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance on financial products and services.
-   Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay up-to-date with financial industry trends, products, and compliance regulations to serve customers effectively.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and good command of English.
-   Previous experience in financial customer service or a similar role is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
-   Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
-   Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to an international working environment.
