## Description

-   Participate in site surveys, equipment inspections, and mechanical system assessments 

-   Collect operating data such as temperature, humidity, airflow, pressure, power, operating hours, and equipment specifications 

-   Organise site photographs, nameplate information, drawings, measurements, and survey records 
-   Assist with basic calculations, equipment sizing, energy-saving estimates, and cost-saving analysis 

-   Compile and analyse equipment and energy data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities 

-   Review equipment datasheets, supplier submissions, and technical comparisons 

-   Support the development of solutions for HVAC, chillers, AHUs, pumps, boilers, compressed air, and TES systems 
-   Assist in preparing technical reports, proposals, presentations, drawings, and project documentation 
-   Support installation monitoring, testing, commissioning, and performance-validation activities 
-   Assist with baseline and post-installation measurement & verification (M&V) of energy savings 
-   Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors, and maintain project action trackers 
-   Research mechanical energy-efficiency technologies, products, standards, and industry best practices 
-   Maintain calculation sheets, equipment databases, project trackers, and organised technical files

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services, or a related field 

-   Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical engineering principles 

-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

-   Willingness and physical ability to perform site work and travel to client premises when required 

-   Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia 

-   Organised, responsible, analytical, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team 
-   Familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering design and calculation software 

-   Exposure to chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, compressed air, or building services systems 

-   Basic familiarity with BMS, HVAC controls, sensors, or data-logging instruments 

-   Experience with data analysis, Power BI, or similar tools 

-   Valid Malaysian driving licence or own transport
