## Description

-   Analyze incoming integration requests from B2B clients and coordinate implementation
-   Communicate with technical and business representatives of external partners to gather requirements and align technical details
-   Transfer technical requirements to internal teams (Development, QA, Analytics)
-   Configure test environments (test nodes), prepare accesses, parameters, and integration settings for testing
-   Support and maintain existing integrations
-   Investigate complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis
-   Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external partners
-   Monitor integration stability and identify bottlenecks
-   Create clear and structured technical tasks for Development, QA, and DevOps teams
-   Consult internal teams regarding integration flows, API methods, and partner-specific business logic
-   Support the Finance team in validating transactional data and partner reports
-   Analyze discrepancies between internal and partner reports
-   Use analytical tools (including Python/Pandas) to process datasets, validate transactions, and generate reports

## Requirements

-   Higher technical education
-   1+ year of experience in a similar technical or analytical role
-   Understanding of web technologies
-   Understanding of API logic
-   Experience with browser Developer Tools
-   Ability to analyze HTML/CSS
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-   Good written English
-   Strong communication and organizational skills
-   Structured and detail-oriented mindset
-   Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-   Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
-   Team-player mindset
-   Experience in iGaming will be a plus
-   Experience with Python / Pandas will be a plus
-   Basic programming or SQL knowledge will be a plus
-   Experience with CRM or analytical tools will be a plus
