**AdvisaCare** is seeking Top of Line **\*Home Health Aides / Certified Nursing Assistants\*** on a **PRN/On Call** basis, to service our clients for **Private Duty In-Home Care** in the **Livonia and surrounding areas**. We offer flexible scheduling, **weekly paychecks** and so much MORE!

In this role, you will provide essential personal care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-   Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
-   Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisor
-   Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, meal preparation, tidying up)
-   Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
-   Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

## Requirements

-   High School Graduate or GED
-   Reliable transportation
-   Valid Driver’s License
-   Work in a team responsibly and independently
-   Good communication skills
-   Ability to travel within the service area
-   CPR Certified
-   Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
