## Description

_**Job Description:**_

-   Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
-   Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. 
-   Provide technical support and guidance
-   Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. 
-   Perform system maintenance
-   Monitor system performance
-   Create system backups
-   Maintain system security

## Requirements

_**Qualifications:**_

-   **Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, hardware, and security protocols.**
-   **Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.**
-   **Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management**
-   **Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery**
-   Understanding of cybersecurity threats and best practices. 
-   Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
