### Key Responsibilities

-   Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and maintain quality standards.
-   Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
-   Strong communication skills with an ability to engage customers professionally.
-   Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
-   Basic computer literacy including familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
-   Open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation package provided.
-   Motivated, reliable, with a positive attitude towards working in a multicultural environment.
