Cura of Watkins (formerly known as Hilltop) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistants in Training - No CNA needed to start! We train you, help you though our free CNA class, and pay for your testing while training while working! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get their start in the healthcare field.

In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients during our evening hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Our CNA positions are vital in monitoring patients and assisting with their needs while working collaboratively with nursing and healthcare teams. CNA starting wage: $22.60 + experience!

Nursing Assistants in training start at 19.09 until certified

Evening shift is from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a shift differential of $3 more an hour.

NOC shift is 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a shift differential of $4 more an hour.

Day shift is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living such as dressing, and toileting.
-   Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff promptly.
-   Ensure patient safety during evening hours and respond to call lights and patient requests timely.
-   Maintain a clean and safe patient environment consistent with infection control policies.
-   Document patient care activities accurately and communicate pertinent information during shift handovers.
-   Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.

## Requirements

-   Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or willing to enroll in CNA course (We offer Free CNA courses!)
-   Strong observational and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Compassionate, patient-centered approach with reliability and punctuality.
