## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Danish-Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team based in Greece. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on various social media platforms in Danish. Your role is crucial in ensuring adherence to community guidelines and enhancing user engagement within the Danish-speaking community.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate social media content in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
-   Respond professionally to user comments and messages in a timely manner.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate content or behavior according to company procedures.
-   Collaborate with social media teams to support content strategy and community growth.
-   Stay informed about the latest social media trends and moderation techniques.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
-   Experience in social media moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong understanding of social media platforms and their policies.
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Good attention to detail and quick decision-making skills.
-   Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency.
