**Overview:** Essel Staffing Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced General Laborer to oversee remediation and demolition projects in the environmental construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and aptitude for environmental work, including obtaining certifications and handling emergency response situations. This role requires 3-5+ years of experience in environmental construction, particularly in large-scale excavation and remediation projects. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, including paving, concrete work, and other environmental remediation tasks.

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   3-5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on large-scale excavation and remediation projects.
-   Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
-   Ability to obtain relevant certifications and licenses as required.
-   Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
-   Willingness to work in challenging outdoor environments and variable weather conditions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Certifications in hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER).
-   Experience with concrete work, paving, and other aspects of environmental construction.
-   Familiarity with project management principles and software.
-   Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
