## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1.    Client Relationship Management:**

-   Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key QSR/F&B clients, aligning with Kian's tradition of client satisfaction.
-   Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and Kian.

**2.    Sales and Business Development:**

-   Exceed sales targets for key accounts, utilizing Kian's extensive track record and industry knowledge.
-   Collaborate closely with the sales processing team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery.

**3.    Strategic Planning:**

-   Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the R&D team, to develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-   Engage in product development discussions and cost optimization initiatives in coordination with the R&D team.

**4.    Forecasting and Reporting:**

-   Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
-   Analyze sales data, identify trends, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize performance.

**5.    Negotiation and Contract Management:**

-   Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
-   Oversee contract compliance, adhering to Kian's commitment to transparency and fairness.
