$19.00/hour + tip pool (non-exempt/overtime eligible)

Looking for a fast-paced role where you can build real guest interaction skills and work in a high-standard hospitality environment?

We’re hiring a Barista to join our team at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located right on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in consistency, enjoys engaging with people, and wants to be part of a team that delivers a polished, high-level experience every day.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages to Club standards.
-   Create a welcoming, attentive experience for Members and Guests.
-   Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service.
-   Keep workstations, equipment, and café areas clean and organized.
-   Stock and replenish products to maintain smooth service.
-   Assist with light food prep and pastry display as needed.
-   Provide recommendations and personalize the guest experience.
-   Communicate with team members and managers to keep operations running smoothly.
-   Support events, catering, and other operational needs as required.

**What We’re Looking For**

-   At least 1 year of service or hospitality experience.
-   Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
-   Friendly, professional communication style.
-   Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
-   Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
-   Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
-   Basic math and problem-solving skills.

## Requirements

-   Must maintain a valid California Food Handler Card.
-   RBS certification required if applicable to the role.
-   Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
-   Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
-   Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.
-   The Club complies with all California meal and rest break requirements.
