## Description

Select Ambition is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a new pharmacy in the Ballina area, Co. Mayo.

This is a greenfield site: the pharmacy is being developed and has not opened yet.

Pay: €22–€23 per hour.

The role

• Prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.

• Serve customers seeking over-the-counter medicines and other pharmacy products, offering friendly advice and empathy.

• Provide appropriate advice on minor ailments and refer customers to the Pharmacist where appropriate.

## Requirements

• Completion of the IPU Pharmacy Technician course or a Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies.

• Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.

• A friendly, empathetic approach to customer service.

• Ability to prepare and dispense medicines accurately under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
