Patrique Mercier Recruitment, in partnership with Riot Games, is excited to present an excellent opportunity for an Italian-speaking Player Support Specialist to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid relocation! As an Italian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Riot Games, you will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking players, delivering exceptional support and ensuring an outstanding gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking players via multiple channels including chat, email, and social media.
-   Investigate, analyze, and resolve player issues promptly with empathy and professionalism.
-   Collect and communicate player feedback to support the enhancement of Riot Games' products and services.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize support processes and player experience.
-   Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base resources.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian is mandatory; proficiency in English is strongly preferred. Clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   A strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Riot Games’ portfolio and community.
-   Previous experience in customer or player support roles, preferably in the gaming industry, is advantageous.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage players in a professional and empathetic manner.
-   Effective problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-   Positive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
-   Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; full relocation package provided.
