As a Dutch Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing their inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every interaction enhances their overall streaming experience. Your dedication will directly contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty, thereby driving the ongoing success and growth of our platform.

### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking users of the web-streaming platform.
-   Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and support customers with their streaming needs.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
-   Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve complex issues.
-   Stay updated on platform features, policies, and industry trends through continuous training.

## Requirements

-   Native-level fluency in Dutch and at least B2 proficiency in English (both spoken and written) are required.
-   Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving skills.
-   Previous experience in customer care, preferably within digital platforms or streaming services, is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package will be provided.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
-   Proactive, adaptable, and a team player eager to contribute to company growth.
