We are looking for a **Consultant in Credit Risk Analytics & Consulting department**, focusing on the design and delivery of analytical solutions and advisory services for both financial and non-financial institutions.

  

As a Consultant, you will design and deliver advanced analytical solutions that support clients’ decision-making processes across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g. risk assessment, credit scorecards and models at origination and monitoring phases, pricing solutions).

  

**Key Accountabilities:**

-   Develop a strong understanding of client business needs, operating models, and regulatory context, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (advisory, product, and solution teams).
-   Design and propose appropriate analytical and methodological solutions, clearly articulating business impact and value to clients.
-   Lead the development and delivery of advanced analytical models (e.g. credit risk, IFRS 9, scoring), ensuring robustness, quality, and timely execution.
-   Contribute to the development and enhancement of analytical tools, methodologies, and decisioning frameworks.
-   Support business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

  

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics).
-   2-5 years of hands-on experience in statistical modelling and risk analytics in a professional environment (e.g. credit scoring models, IFRS 9 impairment frameworks).
-   Proven experience in delivering advanced analytical solutions end-to-end, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights.
-   Solid understanding of financial services and/or corporate risk processes.
-   Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools (e.g. SAS, Python); additional tools are considered a plus.
-   Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly structure and convey complex topics.
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
-   Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
-   Fluency in English.
