**Lead a High-Performance Distribution Operation at Garan, Inc.**

Garan, Inc. is one of America's leading children's apparel companies, supplying quality products to premier big box retailers. We are seeking an experienced Distribution Facility Manager to oversee our fast-paced Opelika, Alabama distribution center.

This is an opportunity to lead a team of approximately 75 associates within a highly automated facility that utilizes conveyor technology and advanced warehouse systems to deliver exceptional service to customers nationwide.

**What You'll Do**

-   Lead all warehouse and distribution operations.
-   Manage a workforce of approximately 75 associates, supervisors, and team leaders.
-   Drive performance in a high-volume, quick-turn fulfillment environment.
-   Optimize ERP and WMS processes to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
-   Manage automated conveyor operations and warehouse workflow.
-   Ensure outstanding customer service and retailer compliance performance.
-   Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Foster a culture focused on safety, engagement, quality, and accountability.

**What We're Looking For**

-   Proven distribution center leadership experience.
-   Strong ERP and WMS systems background.
-   Experience managing automation and conveyor-based warehouse operations.
-   Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive measurable operational improvements.
-   Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
-   Retail distribution experience preferred.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
-   5+ years of progressive distribution center leadership experience.
-   3+ years managing high-volume warehouse operations.
-   Experience leading teams of 50+ associates.
-   Strong experience working within ERP and Warehouse Management Systems.
-   Experience managing automated material handling equipment and conveyor systems.
-   Demonstrated success improving operational performance through technology and process improvement.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and KPI-driven management.
