## Description

**The Company:**

Our client is a well-established and growing telco operator. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for a **Infra Project Manager**.

  

As a **Infra Project Manager**, you will be responsible for the following:

-   Ensure that the team conducts health check, conduct infrastructure monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents, resolve, apply fixes and ensure they are tracked until closure.
-   Involve in transitions between the project and operation teams.

-   Engage at all levels of customer’s relationships.
-   Establish and maintain strong relationships within a customer’s organization and escalate if needed.
-   Comfortable leading meetings presenting to Customers, Partners/vendors and internal stakeholders.
-   Simultaneously driving multiple short-term/long-term complex projects with tight deadlines.

## Requirements

-   Knowledgeable/experienced in IT operations.
-   Strong understanding of Infra
-   Project Management experience within a fast-paced high-volume environment is a must.
-   Ability to influence others, gain commitments and ensure accountability.
-   Strong collaboration, communications, and leadership skills
-   Detail oriented with a structured organized mentality.
-   High energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced challenging environment.
-   Excellent direct-report management skills to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
