## Description

We are looking for a **New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer** to join our continuously growing TLT Group of Factories in Vilnius. Become part of our united, strong and winning team—and never stop growing!

At TLT, we are committed to continuous growth and remaining at the forefront of manufacturing innovation. What we create here in Vilnius and Molėtai amazes the world. Our state-of-the-art, 55-hectare high-tech park is equipped with advanced automation and robotics technologies, and we plan to continue rapidly expanding our manufacturing capabilities. This is where the most complex electronics and plastics concepts become real products that transform people’s lives.

Are you ready to make an impact? Join us and become part of the extraordinary journey of a company unlike any other in Lithuania!

### In This Role, You Will:

- Perform technical analyses of new PCB products and assess their manufacturability (DFM). Based on product specifications, define manufacturing routes, select the required production processes, and evaluate technological risks, material suitability, and compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the introduction of new products into manufacturing, from the initial analysis through to approved serial production. Oversee the production of initial units, identify deviations, and make decisions regarding additional inspections, testing, or production stoppages to ensure successful product industrialization.
- Coordinate activities across CAM, process engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sales teams, ensuring that all stages of the new product introduction process are completed on time. Initiate the resolution of technical uncertainties and risks and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Document project progress and collect and analyze data related to test results, identified risks, production yields, defects, and technological limitations. Prepare NPI reports, present data and statistical insights, and contribute to the development of the factory’s technical knowledge base.

### What We Expect from You:

- A higher education degree in engineering, such as electronics, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team, including engineering, technology, manufacturing, quality, and logistics departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement data-driven solutions.
- A proactive mindset—the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and pursue continuous progress.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic working environment.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, including a good command of technical English.
- Good MS Office skills. Experience working with project management systems would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies, statistical analysis, and problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, or Six Sigma would be considered an advantage.
- The ability to read technical documentation, including Gerber files, drawings, and specifications, and to interpret PCB manufacturing requirements would be considered a significant advantage.

### What We Offer:

- We care about your emotional and physical well-being by providing additional health insurance, which also includes consultations with a psychologist.
- We celebrate achievements and enjoy spending time together at team-building events, summer festivals, and other special occasions.
- We offer attractive bonuses through our employee referral programme.
- We reward long-term commitment and loyalty.
- We provide an additional day off and gifts for your birthday, as well as surprises on various special occasions.
- We enjoy fresh fruit together at work.
