FirmaTRUST (formerly ICE Consulting) is a growing IT consulting and managed services organization supporting clients across the United States. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support our HR operations, with a strong focus on managing US-based employees and compliance.

**Job Overview:**  
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who has hands-on experience working with US companies and managing US-based employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US HR practices, employee handbook management, compliance, and end-to-end HR operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage day-to-day HR operations for US-based employees
-   Ensure compliance with US labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
-   Develop, maintain, and update the Employee Handbook in line with US regulations
-   Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for US employees
-   Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
-   Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
-   Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures
-   Support payroll coordination and benefits administration for US employees
-   Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR programs

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-   5+ years of HR experience, preferably with a US-based company or supporting US employees
-   Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR compliance
-   Proven experience in creating and managing Employee Handbooks
-   Experience handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Experience in IT or Managed Services (MSP) environment
-   Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools
-   Strong organizational and leadership skills
