### NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is Hiring a HVAC Inside Sales Rep!

**Location:** La Habra, CA

**Schedule:** Full-Time

**Wage:** 75,000 Annually

Drive growth with a trusted, fast-growing home services leader. NexGen is hiring experienced Inside Sales professionals for our Air & Heat divisions. If you’re a closer with strong in-home sales experience and deep industry knowledge, we want to talk.

**What you’ll do**

-   Qualified inbound leads and follow up on warm opportunities from marketing and field techs.
-   Consult with homeowners, present solutions, and build value around service options and memberships.
-   Prepare estimates, overcome objections, and close sales with integrity.
-   Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-   Track activity and results in our CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs.

## Requirements

**What we’re looking for**

-   Must have proven in-home sales experience.
-   **Must have industry experience in HVAC (air & heat).**
-   Strong phone presence, consultative selling skills, and a customer-first mindset.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
-   Clear communicator with solid follow-through and CRM proficiency.
