**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Lead and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
-   Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
-   Drive a culture focused on guest satisfaction, speed, and service excellence
-   Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and overall profitability
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards
-   Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
-   Create a positive and accountable team environment
-   Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
-   Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

**Qualifications:**

-   Previous restaurant management experience required
-   Multi-unit or QSR leadership experience preferred
-   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-   Experience managing labor, sales goals, and financial performance
-   Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
