## Description

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in **data analysis** to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

-   Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify key trends and cost-saving opportunities;
-   Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems;
-   Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision-making;
-   Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables;
-   Interpret and adapt to different communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments;
-   Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely project completion;
-   Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements;
-   Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams;

## Requirements

-   Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports;
-   **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and **Google Suite;**
-   Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role;
-   Excellent written and verbal English communication;
-   Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams;
-   Leadership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently;
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
-   Full-time availability during EST business hours;
