## Description

Our clients are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven **Lead Generation Specialist** to drive the acquisition of new clients and opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic marketing efforts. This role is crucial in supporting sales teams and expanding the client base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute lead generation strategies using various channels such as email, social media, and events.
-   Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
-   Qualify leads through outreach and follow-up communication to determine viability.
-   Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with high-quality leads and insights.
-   Maintain a database of leads and track outreach efforts using CRM tools.
-   Analyze the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and refine strategies accordingly.
-   Prepare reports detailing lead generation metrics and performance.

## Requirements

**Qualifications & Skills:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-   1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects effectively.
-   Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
-   Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and projects simultaneously.
-   Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics.
-   Understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

**Preferred:**

-   Experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
-   Knowledge of social media marketing and networking techniques.
-   Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets.
