Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a skilled German Speaking B2B Solutions Consultant to join our expanding team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We provide fully paid relocation support to ensure a smooth transition for our new team member. In this role, you will engage with German-speaking business clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Collaborate with German-speaking business clients to identify their requirements and challenges.
-   Design and present comprehensive B2B solutions aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
-   Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to optimize client operations.
-   Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective implementation and ongoing support of solutions.
-   Deliver product training and support to clients, ensuring maximum value from our offerings.
-   Keep abreast of market trends and technological developments to provide clients with informed guidance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Proven experience in B2B solutions consulting, sales, or related client-facing roles.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented skills.
-   Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
-   Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn about new technologies and market trends.
-   Self-driven with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements.
