## Description

**Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Edison, NJ  
**Position:** Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)  
**Salary:** $90,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** Approximately 1–2 patients per hour  
**Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a licensed **Physical Therapist in Edison, NJ** to work with patients receiving outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. This role focuses on evaluating movement limitations, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients improve strength, mobility, function, and confidence with everyday activities.

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients with orthopedic injuries, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
-   Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies for continued recovery
-   Monitor progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate
-   Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
-   Help patients safely return to work, recreation, sports, and daily activities

## Requirements

-   Current **Physical Therapist (PT) license**
-   **Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) degree**
-   Previous **outpatient physical therapy experience**
-   Knowledge of orthopedic evaluation and rehabilitation techniques
-   Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
