### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide high-level technical support for cybersecurity software and security protocols.

-   Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive security advice.
-   Document all technical inquiries and incident reports within the cybersecurity management portal.
-   Ensure an exceptional customer experience by communicating complex security concepts in native Norwegian.
-   Collaborate with international security teams to escalate high-priority threat investigations.
-   Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data privacy regulations in the cybersecurity industry.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
-   Valid EU passport (mandatory).
-   Strong technical aptitude with a genuine interest in the cybersecurity industry.
-   Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining security incidents with clarity and empathy.
-   Previous experience in technical customer support or IT troubleshooting is highly desirable.
-   Ability to relocate to Athens for this premier Norwegian speaking position in Greece.
