## Description

1.  Oversee the assigned properties.
2.  Monitor and work with the local representatives on leasing, and/or other issues arising from asset management.
3.  Track portfolio performance; analyze portfolio risk profile and returns.
4.  Identify critical issues related to assets under management and to find appropriate solutions to resolve them.
5.  Oversee the assets’ performance by identifying and evaluating new add-on opportunities, managing partner/shareholder relationships and reviewing tenancy mix, setting effective marketing plans and controlling operating expenses to maximize asset profitability.
6.  Oversee the Property Managers/Leasing Agents and evaluate their initiatives and performance.
7.  Prepare and review annual property business plans and sell/hold strategies foreach assets.
8.  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports (or any ad-hoc reports if required)covering financial performance, operations, leasing and/or sales status, marketing and AEI (if any).
9.  Prepare annual budgets and business plans and review asset performances against budgets and underwritings.
10.  Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, including feasibility study, financial modelling / analysis, and preparation of investment memo and marketing materials.
11.  Assist in conducting market research on new investment sectors/markets and write relevant reports.

## Requirements

1.  Minimum Degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
2.  3 years working experience in investment or asset management for reputable real estate fund management company.
3.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic business environment
4.  Able to multi task and work independently under minimum supervision
5.  Good communication, interpersonal and management skills with ability to build close working relationships with stakeholders
6.  Highly proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese
7.  Strong modelling and PPT skills
8.  Financial or real estate related title or certificate is preferred
