## Description

**Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS)** is looking for an experienced and motivated **Lounge Supervisor** to lead the daily operations of our Airport Lounge and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Supervise the daily operations of the airport lounge and ensure smooth service delivery.
-   Lead, coach, and support the lounge team to maintain high service standards.
-   Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
-   Coordinate with internal teams and airport stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
-   Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
-   Prepare daily operational reports and support continuous service improvement.

## Requirements

-   Saudi National.
-   Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, aviation, hotels, lounges, or customer service operations.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
-   Good command of English (spoken and written).
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-   Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
