**Job Description: US Recruiter - Night Shift**  
**Position:** US Recruiter- Night Shift  
**Shift Timing:** 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift – US Process)  
**Working Days:** 5 Days (Mon–Fri)  
**Location:** Mohali  
**Experience:** Fresher / 6 months–1 year in US Staffing / or 1 year in Sales  
**About the Role**  
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Talent Qualifications Specialist** to join our US Recruitment team. This role involves screening, assessing, and qualifying candidates for various US-based job requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  
**Key Responsibilities**

-   Source and qualify candidates for US job requirements.
-   Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and job fit.
-   Understand client job descriptions and align suitable profiles.
-   Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
-   Coordinate with recruiters for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
-   Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the qualification process.
-   Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles.

**Eligibility Criteria You are a good fit if you are:**

-   A **fresher with excellent English communication skills**, OR
-   Someone with **6 months to 1 year of experience in US staffing**, OR
-   A candidate with **minimum 1 year of sales experience** and strong communication skills.

**Required Skills**

-   Excellent verbal and written English communication.
-   Ability to work in **US night shift**.
-   Good listening and analytical skills.
-   Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn quickly.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and confidence while speaking with candidates.
