## Description

99 BrightMinds is seeking an experienced **Senior Network Lead (Cisco)** to lead the design, operation, optimization, and modernization of a large-scale enterprise network environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network services while driving strategic infrastructure initiatives and providing technical leadership.

## Requirements

-   Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
-   10+ years of relevant professional experience in enterprise networking.
-   Manage and optimize Cisco Routing & Switching technologies to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing network operations.
-   Drive network transformation and modernization initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh programs, and lifecycle management activities.
-   Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness through robust network architecture and redundancy planning.
-   Monitor network performance, conduct capacity planning, and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex network issues.
-   Implement and maintain network security best practices in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
-   Oversee firmware upgrades, maintenance planning, and operational governance across the network environment.
-   Design and implement network automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
-   Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering and operations teams.
-   Maintain network standards, documentation, and governance processes while ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements.
-   Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English (B1 level or higher).
