## Description

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing provider specializing in back-office and customer service support for U.S.-based businesses. As a Commercial Insurance Policy Reviewer / Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of insurance policy servicing for our clients in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Review incoming commercial insurance binders and policies for completeness and accuracy
-   Process endorsements and order necessary changes to insurance policies
-   Utilize carrier portals and agency management systems to service commercial insurance policies
-   Maintain organized records using document management systems
-   Collaborate with team members to resolve policy discrepancies and ensure timely processing
-   Work with Microsoft Excel to track and report policy data

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   2+ years of commercial insurance experience across commercial lines
-   Experience reviewing commercial insurance binders and policies
-   Experience processing commercial insurance endorsements
-   Experience using carrier portals for commercial insurance policy servicing
-   Experience using AMS360 and document management systems
-   Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
-   English proficiency at CEFR C1 level
-   Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience using Applied Epic for insurance policy servicing
