We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a New Business Account Manager.,

## Requirements

**Overview:**

Responsible for self-generating and closing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background at an MSP, selling IT Solutions Cloud, Telecoms and Support/IT Management Contracts.

Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are a must.

**Duties:**  
\- Identify and prospect potential new clients through various channels  
\- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the client businesses  
\- Collaborate with our technical team on suitable solutions  
\- Present product offerings and value propositions to potential clients  
\- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets  
\- Use CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales progress and provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

**Required Qualifications and Experience:**

  
\- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on generating new business  
\- Strong IT/MSP selling background  
\- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

Education:

-   Bachelor's (preferred)

Required Experience:

-   Account management: 3 years (Minimum)
-   New Business Sales: 3 years (Minimum)
