## Description

We are looking for a **highly driven Technical Project Manager (TPM)** to lead and deliver embedded projects within the **Automotive EV domain.**

**This role is ideal for:**

-   **Early-career TPMs (1–5 years experience**), OR
-   **Application Engineer**s with strong **automotive embedde**d expertise who are ready to transition into a Project Management role.
-   **Automotive Domain experience is must.**

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex automotive embedded projects while ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence

## Requirements

-   Partner with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
-   Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments.
-   Manage project dependencies and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
-   Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
-   Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.
-   Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
-   Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management.
-   Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
-   Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies in embedded hardware development.

**Must Have Requirements:**

-   **Project Life Cycle Expertise:** Deep understanding of the entire automotive embedded product development lifecycle, with a focus on iterative development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
-   **Technical Proficiency in Automotive Systems:** Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (CAN bus, LIN bus), and functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
-   **Agile Problem-Solving and Change Management:** Ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex technical challenges within an Agile framework. Adapt to changing requirements and effectively manage project scope.
-   **Risk Mitigation and Functional Safety:** Proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning. Ensure adherence to functional safety standards throughout the development lifecycle.
-   **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, customers and other stakeholders. Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear project status updates.
-   **Technical Communication and Documentation:** Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
-   **Delivery and Resource Optimization:** Proven track record of on-time and on-budget project delivery through effective resource allocation, planning, and project scheduling. Leverage lean project management techniques to optimise resource utilization and project efficiency.
-   5-8 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
-   A bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronics and Communication, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
-   In-depth understanding of the automotive embedded hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
-   PMP certification is a plus
