## Description

**Full-Time Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor | LMHC**

**Location:** Rhode Island  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Setting:** Telehealth

Reliable access to counseling can make it easier for clients to stay engaged in treatment. As a remote LMHC, you will provide structured care from the first assessment through ongoing therapy and progress review.

This position is best suited to a clinician who communicates clearly, keeps organized records, and can build strong therapeutic relationships through virtual sessions.

**Key Duties**

-   Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
-   Develop treatment recommendations based on clinical findings
-   Provide individual psychotherapy through telehealth
-   Help clients strengthen coping and emotional regulation skills
-   Review outcomes and modify care plans as appropriate
-   Identify cases requiring crisis support or specialized care

## Requirements

-   Qualifying graduate degree in counseling or a related clinical field
-   Valid Rhode Island mental health counselor license
-   Previous experience providing direct psychotherapy
-   Understanding of clinical ethics and privacy requirements
-   Strong organization and caseload-management skills
