We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our dynamic team to ensure the quality and safety of our custom machinery and material conveyance equipment for the food, pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures for the Tri-Mach group of companies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and production processes. It is crucial that our Quality Manager promote a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

-   Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
-   Design and conduct audits to assess quality system effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
-   Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
-   Conduct supplier quality assessments and manage supplier relationships to ensure product/service quality and compliance.
-   Provide leadership and training on quality principles and practices to employees at all levels of the organization.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product/service quality.
-   Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, project management, and field service teams to resolve customer complaints and implement corrective actions for product non-conformances.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's quality management system remains compliant and effective.
-   Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and continuously improve product quality and production processes.
-   Lead and/or support the implementation, maintenance, and expansion of quality systems in all Tri-Mach facilities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.)
-   5+ years in a supervisory or management role with direct reports
-   5+ years in custom design and build of industrial equipment, material handling, and automation.
-   Proficient in quality management tools and software.
-   Experience in leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions.
-   Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
-   Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Proficient with MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary Range For The Role: $110,000 - $125,000**

The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
