## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker – Virtual Role, Flexible Work Environment**

**Job Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM  
**Salary:** **$115,000 - $120,000** per year

**Location: Iowa**

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs
-   Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
-   Create and modify individualized treatment plans
-   Support clients with resources to enhance well-being
-   Maintain accurate records in compliance with industry standards

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work
-   Active LICSW license in Iowa
-   Prior experience in telehealth or clinical practice preferred
-   Familiarity with trauma-informed care and advocacy strategies
-   Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
