## Description

**JOB TITLE: SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR**

**LOCATION: Gatwick Airport**

**HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 40 hours per week**

**PAY RATE: COMPETITIVE**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Administrator to provide essential support across all

business operations. You'll play a key role in supporting management teams, maintaining operational reporting, and ensuring critical administrative processes are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process company billing in line with agreed deadlines.

• Provide a wide range of administrative support, including handling sensitive and confidential information.

• Support management teams in the completion of monthly reports and operational deadlines.

• Upload and maintain operational data, preparing reports and performance reviews for both management and airline clients.

• Produce and distribute regular operational statistics and weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Support the employee referencing and onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed accurately.

• Conduct pre-employment screening of CVs and carry out interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Complete and process new starter documentation.

• Provide administrative support to the management team and assist with operational and business projects as required.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements

## Requirements

Previous administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Professional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

• A proactive approach and willingness to support a variety of business functions
