### Responsibilities

-   Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers through live chat, delivering swift and professional support.
-   Address customer inquiries relating to gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay issues effectively.
-   Provide information about new game launches, features, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
-   Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure follow-up and traceability.
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
-   Collect and analyze customer feedback to assist in improving service delivery.
-   Stay updated on gaming trends and company offerings to provide informed customer support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service or a gaming-related support role is advantageous.
-   A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
-   Excellent communication abilities with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
-   Proficient in using live chat software and competent with CRM tools.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
