## Description

Full-time | Permanent / Direct Hire | $56,000 – $95,000 per year

Bring your EEG skills to a high-acuity neuroscience program in Portland. A major medical center is hiring a full-time, day-shift Neurodiagnostic Technologist I to perform routine and advanced neurodiagnostic studies, from EEG and evoked potentials to epilepsy monitoring unit (EMU) and continuous EEG (cEEG) work. It's an excellent step for a tech who wants exposure to invasive monitoring and complex epilepsy care.

## Requirements

**What You'll Do**

-   Perform routine and complex EEG procedures, including evoked potentials, EMU monitoring, continuous EEG (cEEG) and ambulatory video EEG
-   Monitor placement of sphenoidal, grid, depth and strip electrodes for invasive monitoring
-   Assist with WADA testing and cortical stimulation mapping
-   Prepare patients, apply electrodes and ensure high-quality, artifact-free recordings
-   Partner with neurologists, epileptologists and nursing staff to support accurate diagnosis

**What You Bring**

-   Education that meets neurodiagnostic certification, licensure or registration requirements
-   American Heart Association BLS (Healthcare Provider) by hire
-   1 year of full-time EEG experience preferred
-   R. EEG T., CLTM or similar credential a plus
