Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Success Specialist. This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to help our Dutch-speaking clients achieve their goals!

  

### Responsibilities

-   Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing outstanding support through phone, email, and chat.
-   Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about our products and services.
-   Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maximize the benefits of our solutions.
-   Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
-   Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continual improvement.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
-   Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support to clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
-   Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
-   A positive attitude and a true passion for supporting customer success.
