We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory management, equipment processing, and special projects. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on,

adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
-   Maintain daily shipping manifests and coordinate carrier pickups.
-   Manage and prepare Amazon FBA shipments.
-   Direct daily pick/pack workflow and assist with special projects.
-   Track and maintain inventory using Acumatica and other warehouse systems.
-   Assist with receiving, sorting, staging, counting, and organizing inventory.
-   Test electronic equipment, perform basic repairs, and electronically wipe storage devices.
-   Assist with pallet movement, shrink-wrapping, repackaging, and other warehouse projects.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-   Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
-   Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

## Requirements

**Background and Qualifications:**

-   Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
-   Experience with electronic equipment testing is a plus.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Ability to follow instructions and learn new systems quickly.
-   Basic computer skills; experience troubleshooting hardware is a plus.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work overtime as needed.
-   Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Items over 50 lbs. will be moved with assistance or appropriate equipment.

  
**Physical Requirements**

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and sitting for extended periods. Employees may use pallet jacks, scales, shrink-wrapping equipment, and basic hand tools. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
