**Physical Therapist – Flexible 4-Day Option in Delray Beach**

If you’re looking for a Physical Therapist role with strong pay, schedule flexibility, and a realistic patient pace, this outpatient orthopedic position in **Delray Beach, FL** is worth considering.

This **PT-owned clinic** offers either a **4-day work schedule** or a **Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM** schedule. You’ll treat **2 patients per hour** in an orthopedic outpatient office.

**What You’ll Help Patients With**

You’ll support patients working through post-surgical recovery, orthopedic injuries, pain, mobility issues, strength deficits, balance concerns, and return-to-activity goals.

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete new patient evaluations and progress assessments
-   Build plans of care based on patient needs and goals
-   Treat orthopedic outpatient conditions using skilled PT interventions
-   Provide exercise progression, manual techniques, mobility training, and patient education
-   Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed
-   Supervise PTA treatment when appropriate
-   Maintain accurate documentation

## Requirements

-   Active Florida Physical Therapist License
-   DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
