## Description

### **Position Overview**

We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team as W2 per diem or contract casual employees supporting healthcare facilities across the **North Austin area**, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Pflugerville.

In this role, you will provide safe, high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with physicians, Registered Nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams across a range of clinical settings.

Assignments may take place in:

-   Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
-   Rehabilitation Centers
-   Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
-   Hospitals
-   Specialty Clinics

## Requirements

-   Active Texas LVN License in good standing
-   Minimum 1 year of recent experience in SNF, rehab, LTAC, or hospital settings
-   Current BLS/CPR certification
-   Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and credential verification
-   Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols
-   Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising clinicians or physicians
-   Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice
-   Assist with wound care and implementation of patient care plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
-   Follow infection control procedures and patient safety guidelines
-   Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas healthcare regulatory requirements
