## Description

Sizanid Staffing is seeking a strategic and experienced **Head of Finance** to lead the finance department and drive the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This leadership role is crucial in ensuring financial stability, compliance, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals.
-   Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities at the organizational level.
-   Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
-   Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
-   Collaborate closely with other department heads including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
-   Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and investment activities to optimize resource allocation.
-   Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
-   Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and controls to increase efficiency and accuracy.
-   Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA highly preferred.
-   10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
-   Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
-   Proven track record of leading finance teams and driving organizational financial performance.
-   Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
-   Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
-   Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence business decisions.
-   Strong knowledge of industry best practices, financial regulations, and risk management.
-   Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus.
