### Position Overview

We are looking for a Remote Customer Success + Technical Support Representative to help support our growing customer base.

In this role, you will communicate with customers, schedule appointments, answer basic technical questions, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from start to finish.

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, customer-focused, passionate about cars, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media
-   Schedule appointments and coordinate customer communication
-   Provide basic technical and service-related support
-   Keep customers updated on builds, repairs, and service timelines
-   Coordinate with technicians and management teams
-   Maintain customer records and support documentation
-   Follow up with customers after services are completed
-   Deliver excellent customer support and relationship management

### Schedule

-   Full-Time Preferred
-   Monday-Friday
